At Belleapparella, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
1.2. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or health and safety reasons, such as earrings, underwear, and swimwear, unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
2. Initiating a Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@belleapparella.com within 28 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization number (RAN), which must be included with your returned items.
2.2. Returns without a valid RAN may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
3.3. Please ensure that you obtain receipts and retain it for your reference as proof of postage.
4. Refunds
4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
5.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team to initiate the return.
5.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Non-Returnable Items
6.1. The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt:
Earrings
Underwear
Swimwear (unless the hygiene strip and tags are intact)
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering store credit, as appropriate.
8. Exceptions
8.1. This returns policy applies only to purchases made directly through Belleapparella online store. Items purchased from third-party retailers or other channels may be subject to different return policies.
